Look back Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Liverpool stars and Jurgen Klopp fuming with Curtis Jones incident

Cristiano Ronaldo and Curtis Jones got into a fight at the end of the first half of their Premier League game. This made the Liverpool players and Jurgen Klopp angry.

The Reds defender was on the field to protect the ball, and the Portuguese forward for Manchester United was trying to win it back before he lost his cool.

When the ball was on the ground, Ronaldo kicked it right into Jones, which led to a fight that almost got out of hand between the two teams. Several Liverpool players ran to the scene to confront Ronaldo. One of the United playersBruno Fernandes, also went to support his teammate.

Referee Anthony Taylor gave Ronaldo a yellow card for the incident, but players on the other team said it could have easily been a red. Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson, both defenders for Liverpool, were angry about what happened. After it happened, Robertson pointed in Ronaldo’s face.

Jones was clearly upset about what happened, and he was in pain as he lay on the ground after the ball hit him from so close.

His manager, Jurgen Klopp, was also very angry about what happened. He had a long, animated talk with the fourth official about it. Gary Neville, a former United defender who was talking about the game for Sky Sports, said, “His head’s gone here.”

Ronaldo let his anger get the best of him as United’s rivalsblew them out of the water at Old Trafford.

Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick for Klopp’s hard-working team, and United had no answer. At halftime, United was down 4-0. In the second half, United’s lack of discipline showed up again when Paul Pogba, who came on as a replacement at halftime, was sent off in the 59th minute.

The France international player got a yellow card for a late, studs-up tackle on Naby Keita, who then had to be carried off the field on a stretcher.

The VAR told referee Taylor to check his monitor on the field, and when he did, he made the right choice to change the decision from a yellow card to a red card.

It was the latest bad thing for United, who had only won one point in their previous three Premier League games. They had lost to Aston Villa at Old Trafford by a score of 1-0, and the next week Everton tied with them 1-1.

United didn’t get a break during the international break because they lost 4-2 to Leicester City right after.

Results in the Champions League were a little bit better after comeback wins against Villarreal and Atalanta, but manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will now be under a lot of pressure.

Man Utd are ready to say goodbye to player Rio Ferdinand though was ‘undroppable’.

This summer, Manchester United will let go of a small group of stars, including center-back Axel Tuanzebe. Even though the 25-year-old is no longer remembered at Old Trafford, there was a time when it looked like he would make it into the starting lineup. Red Devils great Rio Ferdinand was one of the people who gave him high praise. Tuanzebe has been signed by United since 2006. At that time, Ferdinand had been with the club for only four years. He started playing for the first team when he was still a youngster, but he never really got a spot in the back line. Eventually, he went on a number of loan stints.

His short-term moves to Aston Villa and Napoli didn’t really work out, and his most recent move to Stoke City was hurt by illness. The Manchester Evening News says that Tuanzebe will be let go at the end of the season because his deal is coming to an end.

Phil JonesEthan Galbraith, Ondrej Mastny, and Charlie Wellens are also leaving. The fate of a number of other young players are not clear. Since United lost the 2021 Europa League final to Villarreal, Tuanzebe hasn’t played in a single game that counts. His downfall was hard to guess in October 2020, when he was at his best for ManchesterUnited in a 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain. During that game, he kept superstar Kylian Mbappe from scoring.

The center-back started on the right side of a makeshift back-three in France. His athletic play caught Ferdinand’s attention during the Champions League group stages, and he went on and on about it. When BT Sport asked if Tuanzebe had become impossible to drop, he said, “Yes.”

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer just said that two of PSG’s forwards are the best two in the world. Tuanzebe stopped danger from happening many times today. You have to give praise when people do things like that.

“He’s had a hard time with injuries. This was his first game in 10 months. To come in from the cold and play like that, you should be honored. But Ole is the one who should decide.”

Given that Tuanzebe has had a lot of injuries in recent years, it is still unclear if a Premier League team would be ready to take a chance on him. The Red Devils young player has played 37 times for the club and has played for England at the Under-21 level. Tuanzebe got a new contract in 2021. It is thought that he makes around £50,000 a week.

This summer, it will be a relief for manager Erik ten Hag to get rid of high-paid players like Tuanzebe and Jones. After his firstfull season in charge, ten Hag plans to make more changes to the team.
