The divorce proceedings between Welcome To Plathville stars, Ethan and Olivia Plath, have hit a snag due to incomplete paperwork. The couple officially filed for divorce in February but failed to provide important details, resulting in their case being closed by the court.

When Ethan and Olivia initially filed for divorce on February 21, it became apparent soon after that crucial information was missing from their paperwork. The court issued a Deficiency Notice, pointing out that sections regarding spousal maintenance, bank accounts, assets, and liabilities were left blank.

Unfortunately, Ethan and Olivia did not take any further action to rectify the deficiencies, leading the court to administratively close their case on April 26. The couple cannot reopen the existing divorce case and will need to file again for the court to review a new case.

While the current status of Ethan and Olivia’s divorce is uncertain, it is possible they may have filed in a different state since they are no longer residing in Minnesota. Olivia has been living in California for over a year, making it a plausible alternative for filing. Additionally, California’s divorce court documents are harder to access by the public and media, which could explain their preference for that jurisdiction.

The failure to respond to the deficiencies in their paperwork raises questions about the couple’s ability to efficiently complete tasks or effectively communicate with each other. Olivia’s recent endeavors may have kept her occupied, making it challenging to stay on top of everything.

As the divorce proceedings of Ethan and Olivia Plath continue, fans and the public will have to wait for any updates on the status of their case and the resolution of their marital issues.
