The stars of Outdaughtered, Danielle and Adam Busby, have been facing challenges in raising their children without additional help. Danielle has been feeling overwhelmed with the responsibilities of caring for their kids and has expressed the need for a nanny or house help. While Adam initially had reservations about relying on nannies, he was willing to bring in some extra assistance to alleviate his wife’s workload. Unfortunately, the couple has been unsuccessful in finding a suitable nanny.

Previously, Danielle and Adam explained that it has been difficult to find someone willing to take on the immense challenge of caring for their six children alone. As a result, Adam had to make the decision to leave his job in order to be more available for their kids. Recently, the Busbys embarked on a trip to Disney World, but it wasn’t all fun and games for Danielle and Adam.

Outdaughtered fans are familiar with the ongoing tension between Adam and Danielle regarding household responsibilities. The couple, who are raising their quintuplet daughters along with Blayke Busby, faced a difficult conversation during their trip to the happiest place on earth. In a teaser for the season finale, their trip got off to a rocky start as their flight was delayed due to turbulence.

However, they eventually made it to Disney World and had a wonderful time with their children. Despite the joyful atmosphere, Adam couldn’t help but broach the topic of returning to work. Unfortunately for him, Danielle wasn’t interested in discussing anything work-related during their trip and made it clear that she wanted to focus on enjoying their time together. Nevertheless, Adam persisted and brought up the topic again.

He shared his plan to resume his work and be away from home for one week every month for a period of seven months. Danielle firmly rejected the idea unless they were able to secure a nanny. She made it clear that he shouldn’t even consider taking the job unless they found a solution. According to the TLC star, none of the candidates they had interviewed had responded yet.

Adam explained that the nannies they had interviewed were reluctant because they believed the job required more than one person. He even suggested the possibility of hiring multiple nannies to work simultaneously. Despite his efforts, Danielle remained hesitant and expressed concern about the situation. She stated, “If he takes this job and we don’t have those nannies, mind you we haven’t heard back from them in a month, I’m screwed.”

The outcome of the conversation and the resolution to their childcare challenges remain uncertain as the couple navigates the complexities of balancing work and family responsibilities. Outdaughtered fans await further developments in the upcoming season finale.
