Brice Bolden, a member of the 7 Little Johnstons family, recently went on a vacation to Puerto Rico with the rest of the family, excluding Anna Johnston. During their trip, Brice had an exciting fishing experience and couldn’t wait to share his impressive catch on social media. Read on to learn more about his fishing adventure and see some of the photos.

Brice Bolden, who is Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston’s boyfriend and the father of baby Leighton Drew Bolden, has become more integrated into Trent and Amber Johnston’s family. Despite speculation among fans about their marital status, it’s evident that Brice is a committed partner and a loving father. This vacation marked his first trip with his daughter, and he cherished the experience for multiple reasons.

Based on Brice’s social media presence, it is believed that he works in an outdoor-related field. His pages are filled with photos of him posing with fish, leading some to speculate that he might be a fishing guide, work in taxidermy, or be affiliated with a hunting company. Given that Puerto Rico is an island in the Caribbean, Brice seized the opportunity to indulge in some angling during his vacation.

On Instagram, Brice Bolden shared a photo of himself proudly holding a tarpon fish that he had caught. It appeared that Jonah Johnston, another member of the 7 Little Johnstons family, was also fishing in the background. In the caption, the TLC star expressed his excitement about the week and included hashtags related to saltwater fishing, tarpon, and Puerto Rico.

Tarpon fish, like the one Brice caught, are primarily found in Florida and are not commonly caught in other parts of the United States. However, Puerto Rico is known for its abundant tarpon population. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife website, tarpon are not typically consumed as food but are prized for their large size (up to 8 feet) and long lifespan (up to 50 years). They are renowned as game fish and are often sought after as trophies.

The photos clearly showcase the enormity of Brice’s catch, and it must have required some effort to hold it up for the picture. As tarpon are not considered suitable for consumption, many TLC fans likely hope that Brice released the fish after the photos were taken. Unfortunately, Brice Bolden and Liz Johnston have restricted the ability to comment on their posts, which has frustrated fans who have supported them and their family throughout 14 seasons of reality TV. Consequently, we cannot provide insights into followers’ reactions to Brice’s magnificent catch.
