The five-time Ballon d’Or winner will head to Southeast Asia during the offseason.
Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has announced that he will be taking a trip to Singapore in June during the offseason. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is no stranger to the country, having visited several times in the past and even supporting the Singapore Olympic Foundation-Peter Lim Scholarship. Created in 2010, the scholarship offers financial support to young athletes to help them achieve their dreams and includes a generous S$10 million donation from Peter Lim, owner of Valencia Football Club. Ronaldo expressed his excitement to return to Singapore in an Instagram post last Sunday, where he shared a photo of his visit to Yumin Primary School in 2019. The Al Nassr captain will be back in action on Tuesday for his team’s game against Al Taee.
