Arsenal’s rising star, Gabriel Martinelli, has revealed that he looked up to Cristiano Ronaldo as a role model during his childhood, considering the Manchester United legend his greatest inspiration. Martinelli has been performing exceptionally well for the Gunners this season, establishing himself as one of the top wingers in the English Premier League, despite the club’s failure to secure the title. During a recent interview with Arsenal’s official website, the 21-year-old also acknowledged the significant influence his parents have had on his career, providing unwavering support and guidance throughout his journey.

With 15 goals in the league this season, Martinelli has been a crucial part of Arsenal’s offensive strategy, starting 33 of their 35 league games and making appearances as a substitute in the other two, while also contributing six assists across all competitions.
