According to the Daily Mail, Paris Saint-Germain is considering Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise as a potential replacement for Lionel Messi, whose contract expires in the summer. PSG has been known for signing the world’s biggest stars, including Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but targeting 21-year-old Olise would suggest a change in their transfer strategy towards developing promising prospects.

Paris Saint-Germain are eyeing a move for Crystal Palace star Michael Olise as a replacement for Lionel Messi, according to the Daily Mail.

Olise has been impressive in the current Premier League season, with nine assists, and Palace would be reluctant to let him go. However, a deal could be possible, especially if they keep Wilfried Zaha. It remains to be seen whether PSG will pursue Olise or other young talents in their search for Messi’s replacement, but it is clear that they are looking for exciting prospects to build for the future.

Messi to Saudi Arabia?

According to French media outlet AFP, Lionel Messi has been offered an astronomical €700 million deal to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal this summer. The club is a rival to Cristiano Ronaldo‘s current team, Al Nassr, and has reportedly offered Messi an annual salary of €363 million, totaling €726 million for the two-year deal. The report also suggests that Messi has the option to extend his stay by another year.

While Barcelona is still interested in re-signing Messi, they will not be able to match the financial package offered by Al-Hilal. It remains to be seen whether Messi will consider the offer from the Saudi Arabian club or pursue other options for his future.
