90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson looks different in his latest picture on Instagram as he recovers from his recent accident. Colt, 38 became a recognizable reality TV show face after his debut in season 6. Colt had welcomed 37-year-old Larissa Lima into his home. He had no idea then about the fights that they would get into and involve the police. Colt and Larissa’s divorce occurred a few years before he married his best friend, Vanessa Guerra. Colt and Vanessa started dating on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 and were supposed to star in 90 Day: The Last Resort.
In January 2023, Vanessa shocked 90 Day Fiancé viewers by posting a photo of Colt from his hospital bed. Vanessa revealed Colt had been in an accident.
10 months later, Colt is looking very different standing next to Vanessa in a picture she posted on her Instagram. Vanessa captioned her photo “#ComicConTahoe #KevinSorbo.” Colt wore a dark green t-shirt with a similar colored button shirt over it. His hair was much shorter than his last appearance on 90 Day: The Single Life, but still long in a way that did not suit him. Colt also seems to have shaved off most of his beard.
Colt & Vanessa Replaced By Kelly & Molly On The Last Resort
Colt held up an issue of Kull the Conqueror as he posed for a picture with actor Kevin Sorbo. Mr. Sorbo played the character Robert E. Howard in the 1997 fantasy film. Vanessa, too, sported a new hair color with blonde highlights. In February 2023, Vanessa shared details about Colt’s accident. She revealed Colt got injured while filming on a trampoline. The result was a dislocated and broken leg. The tibia/fibula with a torn meniscus made sure Colt was hospitalized for two weeks. He had two surgeries in those two weeks. Colt was to undergo physical therapy, so he could learn to walk again.
Vanessa soon revealed that they were filming 90 Day: The Last Resort when Colt had the gruesome accident. They were filming in Reno, where Colt and Vanessa have been staying. It was the first episode they were filming, so Colt and his wife never made it to Florida. Vanessa claimed Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown were their replacements. To those wondering if Colt would ever return to the franchise that made him a household name, Vanessa said that they were asked to film something else, but she declined.
Meanwhile, Colt’s health is not improving the way it should have been. Colt is probably getting a new surgery which would be his fourth. Colt has been loathed as a cast member during his previous shows, but there are plenty that found him entertaining. Colt and Larissa seem to have made amends since their divorce, as Larissa is now good friends with both Vanessa and Colt’s mother Debbie Johnson. Colt wasn’t too fond of his mom’s Canadian boyfriend. There may have been viewers who wanted to see the developments in Colt and Debbie’s relationship, but that may never happen in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise if Vanessa is to be believed.
