Whitney Way Thore, the star of “My Big Fat Fabulous Life,” is facing a wave of negativity in Season 11. Recently, critics went as far as labeling her a “psychopath,” which likely contributed to a decline in her popularity. Once again, the main point of contention revolves around her mother Babs, who tragically passed away after suffering a second stroke.

MBFFL Whitney Way Thore Is Hated So Much In Season 11

TLC’s prominent star, who stands out due to her larger-than-average size, seems to attract more hate than any other member of the network. While there are undoubtedly fans who adore her, those who hold negative views seem to spend a significant amount of time expressing outrage throughout the current season. One particular incident that drew criticism was when Glenn’s daughter aired her mother’s funeral, as viewers accused her of capitalizing on her mother’s death. When she placed blame on Glenn for the decision, he too faced critics, which is uncommon.

Numerous accusations circulate, suggesting that Whitney Way Thore and TLC collaborated to fabricate a fictional half-sister. The timeline presented on the show appears questionable, and the situation is not helped by the fact that a rumored half-brother refused to participate in filming. As a result, many people believe that Whitney resorted to creating storylines, conveniently introducing a sister just in time for a new season. Each episode and nearly every social media post seem to attract wrath and hate from detractors.

Whitney Way Thore Is A ‘Psychopath?’

A TLC fan on Reddit, u/sandpiper2319, initiated a discussion regarding Glenn’s discovery that Babs’ closet was empty. They wrote, “She took Glenn to his house, opened a closet, and proudly said, ‘Look, the closet is empty.'” They then described Glenn’s response, stating, “Well, I kind of wish you would have left something in it. Some of her stuff anyway.”

Interestingly, it appears that Glenn’s daughter recognized the mistake she made. However, the original poster expressed their opinion, calling her a “cold-hearted b!+ch” for disposing of nearly everything her parents owned, especially items associated with Babs.

Regarding Whitney Way Thore’s behavior, one community member stated, “She clearly exhibits psychopathic tendencies. She is also a pathological liar.”

Another individual shared a similar view, calling her a “psychopath,” “sociopath,” and a “pathological liar.”

In the meantime, others believe that she may require assistance for an “antisocial personality disorder.” Criticizing her tears as insincere, a commenter remarked, “She only wants to control [Glenn].”

Not An Official Diagnosis

None of the critics of Whitney Way Thore appear to have professional expertise in the field of mental health. Nevertheless, they feel entitled to express their opinions. According to the Miriam Webster Dictionary:

A psychopath is defined as a mentally unstable person, particularly someone with an egocentric and antisocial personality characterized by a lack of remorse for their actions, a lack of empathy for others, and often displaying criminal tendencies.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you believe that Glenn’s daughter’s behavior goes beyond disturbing? Are you shocked that she took away everything her mother owned? And what about her father?
