The return of the Busby family on the latest season of OutDaughtered initially sparked excitement among fans. However, as the season unfolds, many viewers are finding it more stressful to watch. In addition, some fans are questioning the authenticity of the first few episodes, suggesting that they are filled with lies.

Season 10 of OutDaughtered focuses on the trials of raising five eight-year-olds and one twelve-year-old simultaneously, highlighting the interactions between Adam and Danielle Busby, which have become increasingly intense. The family is currently grappling with the chaos of their lives, resorting to passive-aggressive remarks and snide comments. While Adam tries to lighten the mood and keep everyone laughing, Danielle takes a more meticulous approach, relying on planning and schedules. However, they are realizing that managing the logistics of transporting eight people to various places is nearly impossible, and being punctual may be an unreasonable expectation. Some fans, after watching the new episodes, suspect that the show follows a scripted narrative.

Undoubtedly, some of the challenges portrayed in the show are difficult to believe. On Reddit, one OutDaughtered viewer declares, “The jig is up,” and goes on to explain, “So, the show, like all reality shows, is fully scripted. They need a good character and an evil character, so I guess those are just their roles on screen now. It seems that writers and producers are no longer concerned about alienating audiences with excessive doom, gloom, and conflict. The lighthearted days are gone 💔. Adam never got stitches either 🩹, so fortunately, there won’t be a divorce 👍🏼.”

Following the initial post, numerous OutDaughtered fans chimed in, expressing their skepticism about the show’s credibility this season. Many believe that it is riddled with falsehoods.

“I didn’t buy the shaking van story for a second. I don’t believe Adam would put his wife and kids at risk just because he didn’t want to spend money fixing the van. And I didn’t buy his excuse that without the van, they couldn’t take the quints to school or activities. Clearly, they have other vehicles.”
“And who in their right mind puts an open pocket knife in their bag?”
“The fact that he ‘cut it to the bone’ but was ‘so lucky’ to not hit anything important, and still had that messy tape job on it after going to the emergency department, screamed fake to me.”
“Why do they take the kids to school but ride the bus home? It’s so weird.”
“The award 🥇 for best actress goes to Danielle!”

Perhaps the “fun” Adam and Danielle Busby will make a comeback. Maybe a little therapy and the help of a nanny will help them get back on track.
